How long does the process take?
It usually takes about a week for us to work our magic. Then, depending on when you uploaded your info, you should see your savings in the next billing cycle. If you’d like to stay up-to-date on our progress, our online dashboard shows you the status of every bill you send us.
How much is this going to cost me?
Nothing. AE Analyst is free for AE Texas customers. Now, if we can negotiate lower bills, you pay 50% of those new savings, but that’s it. It’s one of those rare programs where you walk away with more money than you had before when we’re successful.
Are there any bills you won't negotiate?
Great question. While there’s nothing we love more than finding you lower rates, there are some bills we can’t negotiate. Yet. Like, medical and insurance bills, credit cards, mortgage and rent payments, debt services, utilities, legal fees, or car payments. But everything else? Bring them on!
